Dear Church family,
I just wanted to drop a note to let you all know that I am praying for you all. It is wonderful to have brothers and sisters in the Lord around the world. Even though we at this time are sooooo far apart, there is a tie that binds us to each other, and that is the Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. Romans 8:16 says "The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. The tie that binds one Christian to another is stronger than any other tie on earth. I too echo along with the Apostle Paul "First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world. For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you. For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me." Romans 1:8-12
There is a part of me that wishes I could come today, seeing you all in the pictures and listening to the videos are causing me to greatly anticipate serving the Lord with you all. Yet when I told the children at the Korean church here that I would only be there to teach them for 3-4 more Sundays, they all said "No, you can't leave and go to Korea." I know that I will miss them and everyone here in the States, but I am confident that it is God's will that I come to minster with you all. I pray everyday that I will be a blessing to your church. If while I am there there is ANYTHING I can do for you please let me know, and I will try my best to be a help.
